Shipping costs

Domestic shipping: 880 yen (including tax).
* Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands are 1,100 yen (including tax).
Free shipping for purchases over 15,000 yen (excluding tax) per order.

International shipping costs:
At the time of order, based on the delivery area's classification and the total packaging weight (product, included items, and packaging materials), we will present the shipping cost for EMS (International Express Mail).
The total weight of the products will be automatically calculated at checkout, and you can confirm the final shipping cost.

* For orders from overseas, customs duties may apply depending on your country of residence. All customs duties will be your responsibility.

Payment methods and timing

Payments can be made via credit card, PayPay, Shop Pay, or PayPal.

Credit card payment: Charges will be deducted on the billing date based on the regulations of each card company.
PayPay, PayPal, Shop Pay: Payment will be confirmed at the time of order.

Scheduled delivery date of the product

Regular products will be delivered within 7 days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
* Excludes year-end and New Year holidays and long holidays.
* Delays may occur due to traffic conditions, weather, or delivery areas.
* If there are separate notes on the product page, those will take precedence.

Regarding returns and defective products

Exchanges or returns will only be accepted in the case of defective products or incorrect shipments. Please contact us via the inquiry form within 5 days of receiving the product and return it.

  • For returns or exchanges due to product defects, the return shipping cost will be borne by us (cash on delivery).
  • If shipped prepaid without prior notice, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
  • If an exchange cannot be made due to stock shortages, a refund will be issued.
  • If more than 6 days have passed since the product arrived, returns or exchanges cannot be made for any reason.
  • If no defects are confirmed, the product will be returned cash on delivery.
  • For products shipped internationally, refunds will be provided in the case of defective products.
  • Color differences due to viewing environment will not be considered defective products.

Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases.

  • If more than 6 days have passed since the product arrived
  • Used, washed, cleaned, or altered products
  • Products that have been processed or customized by the customer
  • Products with tags or labels detached or lost
  • Products that have stains, scratches, or odors
  • Products that have been received for more than 7 days, even in the case of delivery accidents
  • Products that arrive more than 7 days after the return instructions
  • If accessories or packaging are damaged, lost, or discarded

Regarding cancellations

No additions, changes, or cancellations will be accepted after the order is completed. Please confirm your order details thoroughly before placing your order.

Returns and exchanges due to customer reasons

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, or changes to the order due to customer reasons such as size differences, order mistakes, image discrepancies, long-term absence, or refusal of receipt cannot be accepted.

Response when the customer is absent

If you are not at home, a notice of absence will be left by the delivery company. Please arrange for redelivery within the storage period.

  • If the product is returned, your order may be automatically canceled.
  • If you wish to have the product reshipped, the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by you.

Regarding returned products

For products returned due to address issues or expired storage periods, you will be responsible for the shipping costs (cash on delivery) for reshipment.

In cases where malicious acts (such as false address entries or intentional refusal of receipt) are confirmed, future orders may be declined, or refunds may not be issued. Legal action may be taken if necessary.
