Shopping Guide

 

    Welcome to Michael Wanjour Japan.     This guide will provide information on the order process, payment methods, shipping rules, and return/cancellation policies.  

 

Payment Methods

 

    We offer monthly payments (installments) and various convenient payment methods.     You can use credit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal.     All payments are securely processed with 3D Secure authentication.  

 

Order and Shipping

 
  • After confirming your order, it will be registered in the system as a "new order" and will be marked as "paid" after payment confirmation.   
  • Once payment is confirmed, we will begin preparing and arranging the shipment of your products.   
  • You will receive an automatic email notification upon order confirmation and shipment completion. 
 

Absence at Delivery

 

    If you are not at home during delivery, the delivery company will leave a notice of absence.     Please contact the delivery company within the re-delivery period to receive your package.     If the product is returned to us, your order may be automatically canceled.     If you wish for a reshipment, you will need to cover the additional shipping costs.  

 

Changing Delivery Address

 

    Changes to the delivery address are only possible before shipment.     If you wish to change the address after placing your order, please contact us via the inquiry form.     For changes after shipment, you will need to contact the delivery company directly.     Additional fees for forwarding may apply in that case.  

 

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

 

In Case of Defective or Incorrect Items

 

    We only accept returns or exchanges for defective items or incorrect deliveries.     Please contact us via the inquiry form and return the item within 5 days of receipt.     We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 6 days from the date of receipt.  

 

Customer's Convenience

 

    Returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to size, color, or image differences for customer convenience cannot be accepted after order confirmation.  

 

Membership Rank and Points

  • Non-member / Below SILVER: 0.5 points for every 100 yen   
  • SILVER: Annual purchase amount of 100,000 yen or more — 1 point for every 100 yen + 2,000 yen birthday coupon  
  • GOLD: Annual purchase amount of 300,000 yen or more — 3 points for every 100 yen + 3,000 yen birthday coupon + free shipping notice   
  • PLATINUM: Annual purchase amount of 1,000,000 yen or more — 5 points for every 100 yen + 5,000 yen birthday coupon + free domestic shipping
 

    You can also earn points by scanning barcodes when shopping in-store.
