Member Benefits Program
Michael Wanjour. offers a membership rank program where your benefits grow along with your purchases. Every member automatically starts at BRONZE upon registration. As you shop with us, your rank rises — unlocking higher point rewards, birthday coupons, and free shipping benefits along the way.
You can check your current rank and point balance anytime from My Page after logging in.

- Your rank updates automatically based on your purchase activity.
2. About Points
- 1 point = ¥1 when used on our online store.
- Points are awarded based on your rank's point rate on each purchase.
- Points expire 1 year after they are awarded.
- Points are voided if the related order is returned.
- Redeeming points toward a purchase is coming soon. We'll let you know on My Page as soon as it's available.
3. Birthday Coupons
- A coupon matching your rank is sent by email during your birthday month.
- Valid on orders of ¥8,000 or more (tax included).
- Valid through the last day of your birthday month.
- Limited to one use per person.
- Cannot be combined with other coupons or points.
- If you register during your birthday month, your first coupon will be sent the following year.
4. Free Shipping
- Standard domestic shipping is ¥880 (tax included); Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands are ¥1,100 (tax included).
- Orders of ¥15,000 or more (tax included) ship free (Honshu only).
- GOLD members get free shipping on orders of ¥10,000 or more (Honshu only).
- PLATINUM members always ship free, regardless of order amount (domestic shipping only).
- Due to how Shopify's shipping settings work, free-shipping eligibility is set at the prefecture level. As a result, some remote islands that are technically part of Honshu (such as the Ogasawara Islands) are not eligible for free shipping. We appreciate your understanding.
