Refer a Friend Program
At Michael Wanjour., referring a friend is a win-win — you and your friend both get rewarded. Just grab your referral link from My Page and share it.
1. Benefits for You (the Referrer)
- Earn 500 points for each successful referral.
- Points first appear as "pending points."
- 14 days after your friend's order ships, as long as it hasn't been returned, the points become usable.
- If your friend returns their order, the pending points for that referral are not awarded.
- Points expire 1 year after they become usable.
2. Benefits for Your Friend
- 10% off their first order.
- Valid on orders of ¥5,000 or more (before tax).
- Applies to all products on our online store.
- Cannot be combined with other coupons.
- Valid for first-time orders only.
3. How It Works
- Log in and get your referral link from My Page.
- Share the link with your friend.
- Your friend signs up as a new member through your link and places an order.
- Once their order is confirmed, 500 points are added to your account as pending points.
- 14 days after shipment, as long as there's no return, the points become usable.
4. Fraud Prevention
We may revoke or suspend points in the following cases:
- Multiple accounts registered by the same person.
- Self-referral using the same device or shipping address.
- Referral activity intended to abuse the return process.
- Any other activity we determine to be fraudulent.
5. Notes
- Your referral link is for personal use only — please don't resell, transfer, or mass-publish it (including broad distribution on social media).
- Program details may change or end without prior notice.
- For any questions, please reach out through our contact form.
